Precision CNC EDM Wire Cutting

We offer accurate wire-cut EDM machining tailored to customer drawings and specifications, using Ultracut, Maxicut, and Sprintcut EDM wire-cut machines. This process is used for cutting hardened tool steels, carbide, and other conductive materials to tight tolerances, producing complex profiles that are difficult to achieve with conventional machining. Our wire cutting services support industries including general engineering, electronics, and medical/surgical instrument manufacturing — including precision wire cutting for surgical blade components.
