Precision CNC EDM Wire Cutting

We offer accurate wire-cut EDM machining tailored to customer drawings and specifications, using Ultracut, Maxicut, and Sprintcut EDM wire-cut machines. This process is used for cutting hardened tool steels, carbide, and other conductive materials to tight tolerances, producing complex profiles that are difficult to achieve with conventional machining. Our wire cutting services support industries including general engineering, electronics, and medical/surgical instrument manufacturing — including precision wire cutting for surgical blade components.

Tooling for Turret Punch Press (TPP) Machines

We design and manufacture tooling for turret punch press machines including Amada, Murata, Yawei, Finnpower, Trumpf, and Hindustan Hydraulics. This includes punches, dies, and associated tooling built to precise specifications for consistent, repeatable production runs.

Dies, Moulds, and Small Press Components

We design and manufacture dies, moulds, and small precision press components, combining our in-house wire cutting with trusted supplier partnerships for milling, turning, and surface grinding — allowing us to deliver complete, ready-to-use tooling and components rather than a single process step.

Surface Grinding

Our Jones & Shipman surface grinding machine supports flatness, parallelism, and surface finish requirements for tooling and components, reducing the need for secondary handling and helping maintain tight tolerances end-to-end.

Custom Job Work & Tool Room Services

Beyond standard tooling, we take on customised job work and general tool room requirements — from one-off prototype parts to specialised precision cutting jobs — for clients who need a reliable subcontract
